RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

GENERAL POLICY: Life Initiative Technologies operates a NO REFUND policy for all digital services, subscriptions, and completed professional services. All sales are final except as specifically outlined below.

1. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

1.1 Digital Subscriptions (Green Wire Intelligence, Federal Panther Pro, etc.)

  • NO REFUNDS: All subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
  • Access: Service continues until end of current billing period
  • No Proration: No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

1.2 Free Trials

  • Free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions
  • Cancel before trial expires to avoid charges
  • No refunds once trial converts to paid subscription
  • Technical issues during trial may qualify for case-by-case review

2. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

2.1 Consulting and Development Services

  • NO REFUNDS: All completed work is non-refundable
  • Work Product: Delivered work cannot be returned
  • Milestone Payments: Payments for completed milestones are final
  • Scope Changes: Additional work requires separate payment

2.2 Automation and Integration Services

  • Custom development work is non-refundable once delivered
  • Setup and configuration services are final upon completion
  • Support and maintenance are provided as specified in service agreements

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

3.1 Software and Applications

  • NO REFUNDS: Digital downloads are final sale
  • Licensing: Software licenses cannot be returned or transferred
  • Access Codes: API keys and access tokens are non-refundable
  • Documentation: Digital manuals and guides are final sale

3.2 Data and Reports

  • Custom reports and data exports are non-refundable
  • Real-time data access is consumption-based and final
  • Historical data packages are final sale

4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

4.1 Consumer Technology Products

  • Return Window: 14 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee on all returns
  • Shipping: Customer pays return shipping costs

4.2 Custom or Personalized Items

  • NO RETURNS: Custom-made products cannot be returned
  • Items personalized for specific customers are final sale
  • Special orders and custom configurations are non-refundable

5. EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

5.1 Technical Failures

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Documented service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours
  • Critical technical failures preventing service use
  • Data corruption or loss due to our system errors
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

5.2 First-Time Customer Consideration

  • New customers may request review within 7 days of first purchase
  • Must demonstrate inability to use service due to technical incompatibility
  • Limited to one-time consideration per customer
  • Subject to verification and management approval

5.3 Legal Compliance

  • Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws will be honored
  • Chargebacks and payment disputes will be contested when appropriate
  • Fraudulent purchases will be refunded upon verification

6. REFUND PROCESS

6.1 Request Submission

  • Email info@iniviv.com with “Refund Request” in subject line
  • Include order number, purchase date, and detailed explanation
  • Provide documentation of technical issues if applicable
  • Allow 5-7 business days for initial response

6.2 Review Process

  • Each request reviewed individually by management
  • Technical team may investigate reported issues
  • Decision communicated via email with explanation
  • Approved refunds processed within 10 business days

6.3 Refund Method

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear
  • Bank transfers and wire refunds may incur processing fees
  • Partial refunds may apply based on usage and circumstances

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

7.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel through account settings or by contacting support
  • Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
  • No refunds for remaining time in current period
  • Reactivation requires new subscription purchase

7.2 Service Agreement Termination

  • Professional services may be terminated with written notice
  • Completed work remains billable and non-refundable
  • Work-in-progress billed on milestone or hourly basis
  • Client-provided materials and access must be returned

8. CHARGEBACK AND DISPUTE POLICY

8.1 Chargeback Response

  • All chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documentation
  • Service may be suspended pending chargeback resolution
  • False chargebacks may result in account termination
  • Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent disputes

8.2 Payment Disputes

  • Contact us directly before initiating payment disputes
  • We will work to resolve legitimate billing concerns
  • Documentation of services provided will be supplied as needed

9. EXCHANGES

9.1 Digital Products

  • NO EXCHANGES: Digital products cannot be exchanged
  • Subscription upgrades/downgrades handled as new purchases
  • Service plan changes take effect at next billing cycle

9.2 Physical Products

  • Defective items may be exchanged for same product
  • Manufacturing defects covered under warranty terms
  • Exchanges subject to availability and inspection
  • Customer pays shipping for non-defective exchanges

10. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

LIMITED WARRANTY: Physical products include manufacturer warranties only. All digital services provided “as is” without warranty.

  • No warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose
  • No guarantee of continuous service availability
  • Data accuracy and completeness not warranted
  • Third-party integrations subject to external service terms
